Pending Purchase
Hi I accidentally bought an annual subscription this April 4 2024 and it went through but apple says it’s a pending purchase until today because I don’t put money on the account I used, I bought it accidentally and I won’t pay for it since I won’t use it but reporting on apple’s site isn’t doing anything for me so tried to report to the company that I bought the subscription at and they said I needed to contact Apple which is I already did and they didn’t do anything. Please if anyone knows what I should do or is there an apple site where I can talk to customer service except Report a Problem Site, this has caused me to not be able to use my payment method on other things online which has been frustrating
