fitness app on phone and iwatch not showing april challenge anywhere. At the bottom of the summary it shows awards, february challenge, march challenge and move goal, no APRIL challenge. when i choose show more its not on there either. or on my iwatch. HELP
I have the iPhone 12 and the Apple watch SE. This is the first time I have not gotten the monthly challenge. While I can appreciate that you did get it, it doesn't help that you keep posting you did. Those of us who didn't are here for solutions. Thank you for your posts though.

I have force restarted both my iPhone 12 and my apple watch se, still no April challenge. I did get the Earth Day challenge. I think that the update is the problem. Looking at the history, this is not the first time some Apple Fitness users have not received the monthly challenge, there is a history of updates interfering with Apple Fitness functionality.
I have the earth day challenge in there, as well as march 2024. Just no April. I have not changed any settings.
Ugh same here contacted support on the phone they couldn’t do anything but wait till may to see if I get my next challenge. Kinda sad about it lol
I haven't figured it out, but I have suspicion it's related to the update. I have simply accepted I'm not getting the April Monthly challenge to complete it. It will be the first missing one in over 4 years. Disappointing, but I know I'm working out so there's that.
My monthly challenge showed up on April 1st, as on every the first day of each month in the past.
Which Apple Watch do you use, and which watchOS is installed?

Well I got the May monthly challenge on my iPhone and iwatch. Never did get the April one!
Did you make sure, that in the settings for the Fitness App inside the Watch App on your iPhone, receiving those challenges are enabled?
On April 21st, my Fitness App showed the upcoming April,22nd Earth Day challenge, which also ended the same day.
Same here. It didn't show up on April 1st. The Earth Day challenge showed up on Earth day and I completed that. But I have done every suggested fix there is and it's not showing up. I also did the update. When I google not getting the monthly challenge, there is a history of people not getting it after an update. I did not look for commonalities regarding phone release or watch series. It might be related to those things.
Same here… nothing I have done has helped. Force start my phone, shut off and powered back on my watch, updated both then force started both watch and phone…. Looked at settings, all good. Nothing! Still no April challenge but I have all of the others. It’s not lost on me that it’s April! Is this an April fools joke on us?
This is the first time it hasn’t shown up. I installed the update yesterday since it wasn’t showing up anyway. And I haven’t uncoupled it yet.
By force restarting your devices, you will not lose data, but this will clear any minor issues with syncing and other software related things.
I have an Ultra 2, watchOS 10.4 and an iPhone 12 mini, iOS 17.4.1, never missed a monthly challenge on this watch or my previous Apple Watch 5.
I feel like maybe it's a bad April fools joke. I like to complete the challenges, it keeps me moving and motivated. It's weird that it worked for some and not for others.
