What exact is this report?
What problems are you experiencing? In what ways is the mac not working correctly?
If this is new, less than 14 days and is not working, you may return it.
But so far, I have no clear idea of what, if anything, is wrong. Can you clarify?
Also: when you got this mac, did you migrate everything from a previous mac?
You may want to run the diagnostic program Etrecheck and post its full report here, for us to assess.
All these are part of the normal functioning of any mac.
There is nothing out of the ordinary. Any modern computer, regardless of maker or operating system, always has hundreds of processes in the background - that is perfectly normal.
You, the user (or I, for that matter), do not have to know what each of them are for.
Even if you select View->My Processes, instead of "All Processes", there will still be lots of processes. Again, normal.
Think of it like you're driving a car. There are a lot of things under the hood, and you may not know what an alternator is, or a spark plug, and yet they are there for a reason.

This is Not a flippant reply
Any specific process or ALL process.
Is the computer exhibiting some odd behaviours that require the user to explore what is running in the background ?
Doing a quick check in Activity Monitor, I would have to scroll through about 7 - 10 panels to see ALL the processes.
Most of the process are MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1 processes that belong to the Operating System
The majority of the processes are Not Under the Direct Control of the user
I would be more concerned if the Idle Process was running in the high percentages when the computer was a rest ( nothing open except the Operating System )
tha you 🙏🏿
the computer is only 4 weeks from the original state ( just bought)
and it is not as it was - some commands are late, I have to repeat them, track pad also like heavy-
the report was insanely long… these are only a few pages
i apologize they are rotated- it happens automatically with upload
Thanks a lot- sounds calming … though I am still worried as it s the newest possible M3 with 128 GB RAM , if I installed or went to hard testing some graphical power- like working in render mode etc..
Please don't use the phone to take a photo of your screen. The image you posted is sideways and we can see the reflection.
Your mac can take a screenshot easily: press Command-Shift-4 and drag to select the area you want.
Or press Command-Shift-3 to take a shot of the whole screen.
By default, the screenshot is saved to your Desktop.
Judging from the Above Images, even sideways images from the Apple Hardware Tests
I would either Return the computer to Apple under the 14 Day No Questions Asked Policy for a Full Return
Or stop using the computer right away.
Have the computer evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions
Make an Appointment at the Apple Genius Bar or call 1 800 MyApple and have them evaluate the computer
Other location call Centres
Contact Apple for support and service
Have tried to mask you facial Image just to protect your True Identity 😎
Self correct 😔 and should read
" I would be more concerned if the User Process was running in the high percentages when the computer was a rest ( nothing open except the Operating System )
