Notifications go through in focus mode

I still receive notifications (with sound) in any of my focus modes.

No apps or contacts are given permission to alert in my Focus modes. In fact, focus mode doesn't make any difference. I tried deleting them and restarting from scratch, but nothing is working the way it should.

iphone 15 pro - iOS 17.4.1

This question was asked before and apple's reply was, check you settings again.

This isn't a fix but I use "Sleep" focus mode when I don't want to be disturbed. It doesn't let a single notifications through when it is turned ON. Maybe you can try this.

Sadly: Sleep, Nap, Doctors office, they all allow text and app notifications get through.
