It's a legitimate warning, and it is explained in further detail here: Password Monitoring – Apple Support and here: Password security recommendations - Apple Support.
Clicking the link will just direct you to an Apple Support document containing recommendations. It's ok to click it. It's up to you whether you are sufficiently concerned about the accounts in question to take any particular action, such as changing the passwords on the affected websites or services. There are countless millions of "compromised" passwords.
