apple watch ultra app switcher

I'm having an issue when trying to switch between apps, after double-click of crown, on my apple watch ultra.

when the cascade of apps open, the watch quickly selects an app before I've even had time to swipe up or down to select the app i want to view.

anyone else experiencing this? thanks in advance

How do I fix unresponsive Apple Watch app switcher glitch? When I double press the Digital Crown, it brings me to the App Switcher as expected. If I wait less or more than 1 second, then press the Digital Crown once, it goes back to the screen you activated it from (Home Screen, or App Launcher), however, if I wait about one second, and then press the Digital Crown once, it looks like it has gone back to the App Launcher, but on closer inspection you realize that the touchscreen, and scrolling the Digital Crown, have become completely unresponsive (you can still use the Action Button and Side Button), and you have to click the Digital Crown once to bring up the real App Launcher. App view as List on Apple Watch is not working My Apple Watch allows me to switch to app list view from grid view, but it does not allow access to the apps. They do not scroll up and down either. When I hit one of the apps that actually shows in list view, it does not respond. I have to keep it in Gris view to access apps, but prefer list mode. It was working fine a couple of days ago.

Try double-tapping and pulling your finger away from the digital crown immediately.
