iPhone randomly starts playing music from Music App

Several times a day my iPhone starts playing music in Music app. It is streaming from Apple Music subscription.

I do not accidentally press play.

iPhone is sitting on my desk or in my pocket.

Music app is not open or running in background (I kill it manually to see if that was the issue)

Only bluetooth device connected is my apple watch.

It only happens when at home. Has not happened while away from home.

I do have 7 HomePod minis playing music throughout the house started from a Home App scene.

When music starts on my iPhone it is not the music playing from the homepods. Different song and stopping the iPhone does not stop the HomePods!

Am I really the only person with this issue?
