I have tried to solve this error
Art - Artwork must be 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests

It is 440 x 440 px and therefore far too small. Artwork must be a minimum size of 1400 x 1400 pixels and a maximum size of 3000 x 3000 pixels - the larger size must be used if you hope to be featured. Also it has an alpha channel and you should get rid of that. Note that the file size in your amended image must be less than 500kB.
