How can I get a refund for some purchases that were made in 2022 and are no longer available to me. i have contacted the developer but they refuse to give me back my items even with proof of purchase
I made these purchases in 2022 and have recently started to play the game again and all my purchases are available except two that are missing. I don’t think it’s fair or right that I paid about $15 for these items and they won’t give them back
