Problem with face time

My husband think I have 2 sims

my face time is also on my sim card and my gmail apple id and never i used my gmail but for 2 days it called with my gmail and my doesn't have a problem it was accidentally why it happened ?

and this problem didn't happen again please answer why it happened?
