jiggling apps when touch phone!

Almost every time I pickup my iPhone when it is unlocked the apps jiggle and could get deleted accidentally. I unlock my phone with a password or face id. Can I stop the jiggling unless I request moving or deleting apps? Very annoying and dangerous!

I want to make it harder to move and delete apps. It seems with one of the software updates, it has become easier to move and delete apps. It seems you only have to hold down on an app for a few seconds and then they all start vibrating and become moveable and can be deleted. Now I am frequently accidently starting this function when I am simply holding the phone lightly or reaching for it in my pocket. I want to make it harder to activate this function. Is there anyway that I can increase the amount of time I need to press down on an app to activate the moving/delete function?

iphone 14 Pro Max turns on delete apps My iphone 14 Pro Max automatically turns on the delete apps (when the minus sign appears by all the apps) when shaken or turned suddenly. I thought at first it was me accidently resting my fingers on my screen, but once I made myself pay attention to this, this happens when I am NOT touching the screen. I am scared I will delete some apps. Is it truly something I'm doing when holding the phone or is there a setting where I can desentisize my screen. Help please

If the icons are wiggling, that means you are pressing and holding the screen. Make sure to hold the phone by the edges.
