Safari Cutting left side of website

When I open the website Cengage, the left side of the screen is cut off. I tried zooming out but the whole screen zooms out but does not show that portion. I have opened cengage in a different Mac and the there is no problem. It is only my browser that has the issue but only for that website. This issue started happening like 2 weeks ago it was perfectly normal before.

What settings do I need to edit on Safari in order to get the whole page visible?

Safari changing zoom level of pages. Since I recently upgraded to Ventura I have noticed that sometimes just moving the cursor across a page will cause the page to reformat at a high zoom level. The setting for the page still say it is at 100%, which is correct. I can often fix this by going to another page and then returning to the original one. Any suggestions?

Safari start page has a white tool bar when full screen When not in full screen the start page looks normal but when I put Safari in full screen, the toolbar is suddenly white even though I have dark mode on. On other websites, the toolbar is greyish black. When I have the sidebar on, the sidebar is black while the toolbar is white looking very weird, also all the buttons in the toolbar are the same color as the tool bar making the buttons look invisible but still function when clicked.
