Unable to hear caller on iphone 15

New iphone 15 unable 2 hear callers. Bars fade on iphone 15. Like I have poor reception.

Can NOT hear caller Often when I receive a call I cannot hear the caller but they can hear me. They have to call back or I call them back. It has nothing to do with the volume. It happens often. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I have excellent reception in the areas where I am receiving these calls so it is not a reception problem.

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support
