Add notes to your Workouts after the fact
A regular occurrence on my case is the Traditional Strenght
Workout, where I divide my week between “Upper” and “Lower” workouts but use only the TSW on my watch, so a easier eay to see which workout I did that day would be to add a note in the phone app “Fitness” and add the note: “Upper: Bicep tricep” for example.
Is there a way to do this in the iOS app itself and not use thrid party route?
