Apple Music App Not Working On Windows 10

Hi, the Apple Music app is not working properly on my desktop pc with Windows 10. Can't see any of my playlists, sometimes homepage loads (it's really slow though), can see search results in the dropbar though it doesn't lead anywhere, and can't play anything. It has been like this for a couple of months now. I have seen some potential fixes regarding the media folder path and I have deleted the Apple Music folder inside the musics folder but it didn't work. I have tried setting the file path to another location and it didn't work as well.
