What contact information does a person see when you call them?

Hello,

I have an ipone14 Pro running iOS 17.4.1

My contact card has emails and my address, etc. that I don't want shared. I know I can click off what I don't want shared when I share my contact directly but my question is... if I call someone and they don't have my info and they want to save it, what info do they have? Just my name, photo and number? Do they have access to any other information? I only want them to see what I enable.
