How to start my day early without disrupting my Apple Watch 8 Sleep Schedule

I have a Watch8 which I use to track my sleep. How do I ‘start my day’ before my schedule expires. Example, my sleep schedule is 10.30pm to 7am but today I woke and wanted to start my day at 6am. I don’t want to change my sleep schedule as it is my goal. TIA.

Did you try to disable Sleep mode in the control center?

This will stop your sleep schedule without changing it for the following day/night.
