Serious Concerns: iPhone 15 Pro Max C-Port Defect & Replacement Issue
"I'm facing severe issues with a recently purchased iPhone 15 Pro Max. The C-Port is completely unresponsive to charging, only working with a wireless pad. This strongly suggests a hardware defect, especially considering the phone is less than 6 months old.
My experience with Apple Support has been extremely disappointing. They sent a replacement phone that:
- Had signs of previous use.
- Had Private Relay activated before I even set it up, causing complications.
This feels unacceptable for a premium-priced, brand-new device. I'm seeking guidance from the community and hoping to get Apple's attention:
- Has anyone experienced similar C-Port failures with the iPhone 15 Pro Max?
- Is there an escalation path within Apple Support to address these combined issues effectively?
