Wrong time displayed

Updated to iOS 17.4.1 two days ago using internet at friend’s house. Time on phone was correct until today when I returned to same friend’s house which automatically accessed the internet here. Displayed Time is now an hour and a half ahead of correct time. Time in SETTINGS is on ‘automatic’ and set to correct time zone. Tried a restart but issue persists. Even if it were the wrong time zone, where is the extra half- hour of time coming from? Very strange.

Update:

Time on iPhone is correct. Friend’s tv set has wgn new on showing time from hour-and-a-half ago. I think the tv broadcast’s playback is being delayed by friend’s tv.

Another mystery solved. 😎
