No Computer Authorizations under Apple ID Settings

Trying to deauthorize computers under Account Settings... but there is no Computer Authorizations in the Account Settings. I have a brand new MacBook Pro with the latest version of the os. The problem has actually gotten worse. The page was originally blank. Lots os users reported the issue. After an update the Account Settings data became visible, but there was no button "Deauthorize All". Today, there is no mention of Computer Authorizations.
