Does the Apple Watch first gen update past 4.2 if so how do I do that

I just got a Apple watch first gen and it’s only on 4.2 I tried to check the watch if there was a update and it didn’t have a system update box in the settings also my watch doesn’t have the App Store and I’m confused what’s going on with my watch entirely ( also I know it says series one for the watch but I have a series one and a gen 1 and I’m asking about my gen 1)
