How can i clear cashe on safari if i cant delete is because of restrictions

I have screen time restrictions on basically everything and safari is telling me to clear my cashe but i can’t because of the restrictions is there any way i can clear it without safari or settings

Cannot clear Safari browsing history despite having screen time off I’ve been trying to clear my browsing history for most of this morning but whenever I try to clear it I get a pop up saying I can’t even though screen time is entirely turned off I have tried turning if iCloud for safari as well but that didn’t help. My Safari history won't clear even though I have content restrictions off My history wont clear even though I have content restrictions off- the clear button is red on safari, but if I click it says I need to turn content restrictions off, even though they are. This is so frustrating and all of the advice I can find is “make sure content restrictions are off/ make sure web access is unrestricted” I’ve tried both and neither work. Also, no my phone is not controlled by my college etc…. I literally got it this morning and I’m already having issues which is so disappointing. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

The keyboard shortcut ⌥ + ⌘ + E will empty Safari's cache.
