iPhone Randomly Changes Time Zones

My iphone keeps randomly changing to pacific time zone or which ever time zone is an hour before central time zone, even though I have not left the central zone zone. I have my setting correctly set to set up automatically and it keeps reverting to centr especially in the middle of the night so my alarm ends up going off an hour early. I am on an iPhone 15 pro max with the latest iOS. This is a really bad issue for me because I work as a firefighter and when my alarms goes off early it wakes everyone up early. Please help.
