Can I use my old iPhone on WiFi without cell services?
I am buying a new non apple phone to use. Will I still be able to use my old iphone on my home wifi without cell service.?

Yes. you can still use your home Wi-Fi without a problem without your SIM card (if that's what you mean) but the downside is, you won't be able to make or receive phone calls and texts or access your cellular data.
