Migrating an older phone to an old phone (iPone 10) and updating ios. In the middle of this I had to go home. It took so long the store was closing.I need to have old and new phones connected to the same wifi. But on the iPhone 10, while doing this, there is no way to access wifi settings. So I am currently stuck.

Transferring to a New iPhone:

II. Who's the Seller?: Is this an Apple Store? Is this a used device? If used, and you cannot access things, then you need to contact the person with the account that this is already signed into. What do you mean by "there is no way to access wifi settings"? Is WiFi Greyed-Out?
If WiFi is Greyed-Out...
Try The Following the the Order Provided:
A. Restarting the iPhone:
If any changes were made (i.e. Installed Apps), then Settings (i.e Wf-Fi), may have become manipulated technically. So, try restarting the iPhone:
B. Update to: the latest version of iOS.
C. Reset All Network Settings to Default:
Example of items that will be reset: (Wi-Fi Passwords, VPN Connections, etc)
