If you need to cancel an open repair on your MacBook Air (M1, 2020) due to time constraints, the best course of action would be to contact Official Apple Support directly. Explain your situation to them, emphasizing the urgency of the matter and the inability to wait for the standard repair timeframe.

Apple Support can assist you in cancelling the repair and may offer alternative solutions, such as expedited service or providing guidance on resolving the issue yourself, depending on the nature of the problem. They have the authority to manage repair requests and can accommodate your specific circumstances to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
