How do I escalate an unresolved MacBook repair issue with Apple support?

i gave my macbook air m4 to repair around 20 days ago, its a newly bought macbook


i tried raising complaint about my macbook not getting repaired with the Apple support team multiple times and they still didn’t respond to my issue and they have been dodging my case, it’s a newly bought MacBook and they still have not given me my device back the repair center people have not yet fixed my device and I am trying to contact the Apple support team but they have not yet responded to my case

Two things to remember, all repair cases have a case number.

When you call AppleCare you can also request to be transferred to "customer relations."


Ask customer relations to research for you why the item was rejected for repair and refer back to the case number if you have it.
