What model of Apple TV do you have currently?
Depending on your current Apple TV model, there may or may not be any significant benefit.
Obviously new devices may offer better performance and newer features, but if you currently have an Apple TV 4K first generation, there won't be any significant differences with the current Apple TV 4K 3rd generation for instance.
If you are using a much older 3rd Generation Apple TV and upgrade to a new Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K, then you get access to the App Store to get streaming apps as well as a ton of new software features in tvOS. Obviously if you have a non-4K Apple TV and upgrade to a 4K Apple TV then you have access to 4K content to watch if you have a 4K TV.

I have the model A1842 (32 GB). I already know that the new télécommande has a button for temporally cut the sound.
That model number corresponds to a First Generation Apple TV 4K.
If you were to buy the current 3rd Generation Apple TV 4K you get the new aluminum Siri remote, as well as the ability to play back HDR10+ content in full 4K(2160x4096) resolution at 60HZ.
It also has Wi-Fi6 compatibility on 802.11ax networks and supports HDMI2.1.
And also the option of having up to 128GB of storage.
Not worth upgrading, IMO. The new remote is nice but if you haven’t used it, you won’t miss it. The rest shrug 🤷♂️ - spec ooh-aah that won’t make any difference to the average viewer. FT? Ho hum. Stick with what you have.
