Touch ID Home Button

I cannot add a fingerprint despite brand new screen and home button. I need to get my iPhone 6 home button to function. Help please.

What is happening when you’re trying to add a finger print?

Is the screen repaired with original parts or with third party parts? In the last case there is a change that the Touch ID button will not work

If the screen and button were replaced by anyone other than Apple or an authorized service provider, Touch ID will never work on that phone again. Apple won’t touch it now that it’s been tampered with.
