Fraudulent transactions

A few months ago a transaction in amount of $280 from Hotel collection appeared on my credit card balance. And a couple of other transactions which were declined right away.

I did not make those transactions and I reported it as a fraud in a few minutes after it was shown on my account.

Apple Card specialist started the investigation and said I was not responsible for a fraudulent transactions. In about a week that transaction was reversed and posted on my balance. I reported it again and now I see it was again reversed and posted on my account. I live in Tx and there is no apple bank offices in 100m radius. What should I do? Haw can I have them fix this???

Call Goldman Sachs and ask to speak to a supervisor. Explain calmly the circumstances. Do you have any documentation to prove you didn’t make the charge? The bank will try to recover the funds and hotel will have a chance to respond. If the hotel present convincing information about the reservation, then Goldman will find in favor of the hotel. If all you can say is <I didn’t do it> Goldman doesn’t have much to go on. For example, send a copy of your DL and ask Goldman for the hotel to send a copy of DL they would have on file. Goldman can compare the ID’s. Any thing you can do to bolster you case will help Goldman find in your favor.
