iPhone set up issue
My iPhone is speaking saying English button as I am trying to set it up won’t do anything else
any ideas please

That is called "Voice Over". Triple click the side / sleep button, and then if a menu appears select Voice Over by tapping once on Voice Over and letting it speak the name, and then double tapping it to confirm. It should turn off the Voice Over then, and you can use the iPhone normally.
