How can I install Final Cut 10.5.4? I tried to follow the instructions in Final cut pro 10.5.4 - Apple Community but I don't see a download button for, or any mention of, 10.5.4.
I'm running 10.6.8 in Ventura but I also need 10.5.4.

Why 10.5.4 specifically?
You can only download the most recent version compatible with your OS.
I am not sure if that happens to be 10.5.4 for some version of macOS.
If it is, then it must be Catalina or earlier, since I have a Mac with Big Sur and it can go up to 10.6.5.
The alternative if, say, you have a coworker or client with 10.5.4, is to copy ig from ond machine to another.
If you have a mac that can run Catalina, or can access a friend's mac running Catalina, you may be able to get 10.5.4 by logging in to your Apple id in the App Store and downloading FCP from the purchases list.
For the future, you may want to compress FCP and save it before updating, this keeping several distinct versions just in case.

I've managed to successfully update with FC 10.6.8 the library that was running in 10.4.6, so I do not need FC 10.5.4.
I have a library that was created in 10.4.6. When I update the library with FC 10.6.8, there's all sorts of trouble. If I update the library with 10.5.4 and then 10.4.6 I suspect all will be ok.
I do compress FC before updating, but I never installed FC 10.5.4 on any of my computers.
How can I install Final Cut 10.5.4?
