App will not close on ipad 10.9 (current model) rendering device unusable

App for the Reverb online vendor will not close using either swipe up method. Logged out of my Reverb account and tried logging back in but the keyboard window doesn't open, so I can't log back in. The app is responding to menu option. I tried restarting the ipad but the app appears to be preventing it from opening the restart slider.

EDIT: I noticed that my post is incorrectly showing my device as an"iPad Air 2, iPadOS 15" when in reality it is an ipad 10.9 updated to the latest ios within the last week.

Swipe not working after ios15- ipad ipad pro 11 with latest ios15.0.2 after installing ios15.0 the procedure for killing app ( after swiping screen with four fingers) wont work if screen is standing vertically. a) after resetting ipad the system start working, but after few hours the problem comes again b) if we rotate ipad to landscape swiping and killing app works c) if we put ipad again in vertical the problem remains resetting in not helping. Any suggestion?

iPad control center swipe fails How do I reestablish the control center on my iPad? The control center on my iPad no longer works. I’ve used the swipe from the upper right corner to open the control center on my iPad. Starting two days ago and when I do the swipe the screen just gets fuzzy and does nothing.
