App store doesn't work! Sonoma Macbook pro 16inch 2023

I have tried changing apple accounts,

I have tried restarting,

I have tried booting in safe mode,

I have tried switching the app installation privileges in system settings to see if it would jog something.

Basically if I try to download anything the loading wheel spins forever, also updates will not display.

Please help!!
