Can’t download some apps
I can’t download Facebook, instagram and many other apps please am using iOS version 12.5.7 if someone can help me send the apps anyone with this iOS version

I'm guessing that your iPhone is a 5s, 6, or 6 Plus that can't update any further than the latest release of iOS 12 – iOS 12.5.7.
Many apps now require later versions of iOS that the iPhone 5s, 6, 6 Plus (and earlier models) can't run. Although you could try to contact the app developers, and request that they release versions of their apps which will run on iOS 12.5.7, I suspect that they will refuse to do so.
More likely, if you want or need to run these apps, you will need to get a newer iPhone.
