Updating New York Times payment - iTunes

I have a new credit card number, and both the New York Times app and web-based account is asking me to update the payment method. However, it says the subscription is managed through iTunes. The iTunes app offers no way to access my subscription. My Apple ID has my new payment info. What can I do?
