I have deleted my apple ID and now I cannot use that email address to create a new apple ID.

Hi there. I had an iPhone about 5-6 years ago and then switched to Android. And now I have recently purchased an iPhone. I wanted to use my existing apple ID but when I tried to sign in it asked for the passcode which I used on my last apple device (it was about 5 years ago when I last used it). I then created a new email apple ID using a different email address and requested a deletion of the account of the existing thinking that I'll be able to change the email address once the account is deleted.

However, this is not the case now. The account has been deleted because when I try to login it says "No apple ID found". But when I try to change the email address of my existing apple ID it says, "email linked with another apple ID".

Can anyone please help me out?

Nope. Per How to delete your Apple ID account - Apple Support

Deleting your Apple ID is permanent. After your account is deleted, Apple can't reopen or reactivate your account or restore your data.

No, once your Apple ID is deleted, you can't use the email address that you used with it to create a new Apple ID. In addition, you can't use that email address with another existing Apple ID except as a rescue email. Also, if your primary Apple ID email address is with a Custom Email Domain, it can never be reused to create an Apple ID after your Apple ID is deleted, even if the domain ownership changes.

It is not 100% clear that you can’t use your email from your old Apple ID for a New Apple ID, but it is true in most situations. However in some cases your email may be available again after a 30-day waiting period. In many cases though your old Apple ID email address may be linked to multiple Apple devices and/or apps to the point that you can forget using that email address as an Apple ID. Many email system providers allow you to forward all mail to another email address. This allows you to acquire a new email address but forward everything to your old email address that was your old Apple ID. So everyone you exchange email with regularly just keeps reaching you on your old email not knowing or caring that you have a new email address linked to your new Apple ID. As you do get any email addressed to the new email address you will also receive those directly within your mailbox.

For as far as I know, it is not possible to use a deleted Apple ID as new Apple ID again.

This is bugging me to an extend. A personnal account was deleted to be able to have a business account (Apple Business Manager) before our domain was federated (I was ill advised by their support) but two of our techs can't login now with their account (it won't create the business account). Called support. They can't do anything about it. They don't have any workaround. We would need to create another federated account just for Apple or completly change their UID used for SSO.
