I can set a silent alarm on my phone that has no audible tone, but then has an audible tone from my Apple Watch. How do I set a silent alarm on my Apple Watch with no audible tone without using the silent mode which silences everything?
To set a silent alarm on your Apple Watch without using Silent Mode, create a custom silent alarm in the Alarms app on your iPhone. Just set the alarm time and toggle off the "Sound" option. This way, the alarm will only vibrate on your Apple Watch.
To the best of my knowledge, there is no way to do what you want.
