How can I cancel my Illlustrator app subscription and get a refund?

I purchased Illustrator but did not include my university email, I paid 100 Saudi riyals, and I want a refund so I can purchase the Adobe package that consists of Photoshop and Illustrator. I want it now because I need the program and I can't delay it for more than a day ، I made a mistake and I want help. I connected to the Adobe app, but they told me to connect to Apple iTunes.
