I got a weird voice mail transcript that was unprofessional from my dentist

Take it up with your dentist.

The content of the transcription has nothing to do with Apple.

transcription isn’t always perfect. Try actually listening to the voicemail…

Well you also have the option listen to said voicemail instead of reading the transcript.

HUH? What does this have to with Apple? If you're not pleased with the message your dentist office left you, complain to your dentist.
