I need help to turn off my caller I’d via settings

Hello dolla289, Settings > Scroll down to Phone > Scroll down to Show My Caller ID and select > Slide OFF
You can hide your caller ID IN settings - scroll down to Phone - Show my Caller ID- turn the switch to off
Not all carriers support controlling that from the settings on your phone. Contact your carrier.
In the US, you can dial *67 followed by the number you're calling to block your caller ID for that call only.
Keep in mind that you can NOT block your caller ID when contacting a toll free number or emergency services, often including the non-emergency numbers for police, fire, and some government agencies.
