Everytime i want to change my passcode while at home it starts the 1/hr delay beacause its not in a familiar place but obviously i am how can i fix this to recognize my home as a familiar place?

iOS itself figures out familiar places. You must leave the phone powered on, Location Services, Find My, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on all the time and after a couple of weeks it will figure out your familiar places.
