Unable to change passcode due to security delay at home location on iPhone

I go to setting and change passcode and it sets up a security delay. Bc im not at a familar location

but im at home and it still doesnt let me change my passcode

Do you have Location Services turned on and specifically the setting for Significant Locations at Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > System Services > Significant Locations.
Did you recently set up your phone and turned on Stolen Device Protection where it has not had enough time yet to learn your Familiar Locations?
Are you able to turn off Stolen Device Protection? It may require the same Security Delay the first time to turn it off, but after that you will not have a Security Delay to change your Passcode.

Did you try to disable the Stolen Device Protection in Settings/Privacy & Security?
