Your Purchase could not be completed - Need help


My developer account with the ID nestte****@gmail.com has expired, and I need to renew it. When I tried to do so on the website, it recommended logging in from my iPhone. I followed the suggestion and logged in, but there's another ID integrated into my iPhone, xmack****@hotmail.com. When I attempted to renew using my nestte****@gmail.com ID, it prompted me for the password of xmack****@hotmail.com. I tried entering the password several times, but it didn't work. Eventually, I received a message saying, "Your Purchase could not be completed," and now I'm unable to renew my developer account from my iPhone. This issue is preventing me from uploading my app. Could you please help me resolve this?
