Cannot update apps in my iphone

I cannot update any apps from apps store. It gives an error “there is a billing problem with previous purchase” and it asking my apple ID password. When i give my password it says your apple ID is incorrect. Please help me to sort this out. I really need to update some apps and there is no pending payments needs to be done

Financial issues such as this have to be handled by speaking to Apple directly.
