So I really like to play Roblox on my iPad. But unfortunately, it says that it’s signed into my new iCloud, but when I try to update the app says that I need to sign into my old iCloud how do I fix this?

An App Store app is forever tied to the Apple ID used to acquire it (paid or free). The Apple ID is encoded into the licensed copy that is downloaded. It is in the copy's DNA. That is the only Apple ID that can redownload or update the app.
If you originally acquired an app with your old Apple ID, delete it and redownload it with your new Apple ID.
