Alarm sound tone is missing from the text

I am not clear what is missing.

To improve understanding of the phenomenon, it would be highly beneficial if you could share a screenshot. Visual representations carry greater impact than written descriptions.

You can only use the selection of text tones. You can't use the ringtones or alarm sounds. You may want to look in the iTunes store to see if there is a similar-sounding text tone.
