iTunes is not detecting my iPhone 15 Pro on my HP PC

I’m running Windows 10 on my PC, my iPhone is updated, I uninstalled then reinstalled iTunes, and I shut off and restarted my phone and computer. None of there helped iTunes find my iPhone when I connect to my computer via usb. I’ve tried a few cables, and my phone charges, but iTunes doesn’t find it. What can I try? Please advise!!!

Iphone 15 Pro Max recognized by Windows 11 but not in iTunes I wanted to backup up my My iPhone 15 Pro Max for the first time in iTunes. To my surprise, iTunes does not recognize it. I have tried multiple USB cords/ports (A and C), reinstalled iTunes, installed the iTunes non-MS Store version, restarted the phone, hard reset the phone, Reset All Setting (really annoying) and nothing seems to work. Windows recognizes the phone. I can see it in Windows explorer and all cables work. The phone charges when connected. This is a basic function for iTunes so I cannot imagine it's a widespread spread problem. Has anyone run into this?

iTunes 12.13.4.4 quit recognizing my iPhone in windows 11 after updating I plugged my iPhone 11 into my PC this morning by USB connection and started up iTunes for a routine backup of the phone. First thing iTunes updated phone to IOS 18.3, whereupon my phone was no longer recognized by iTunes. I did all the usual stuff-- restarted both devices, swapped cables, opened and closed software. Nothing helps. My PC beeps when connecting and disconnecting the phone, Windows explorer "sees" the phone, and the "Apple Devices" app fully accesses the phone. So, I suspect IOS 18.3 is the culprit. Hints, tips? Thanks.
