Give me software update option

Your tag line says that you have an iPad that is running iOS 10, and your post says that you have an "apk" [sic] that is not downloading – presumably one that is unavailable to you because it requires something higher than iOS 10.

Which iPad do you have? What version of iOS is it running now? What minimum version of iOS does the app need?

If you have a 4th-generation iPad of some description, it will never be able to update past iOS 10. If you have some other iPad that is running iOS 10, you can probably update it a bit further, though maybe not as far as you would like, or as far as you need for this app. It's hard to say anything further without knowing more details.

APK files run on Android devices, not iPhones.
