Unable to receive notifications from Outlook on my iPhone 14 Pro Max

Notifications for new emails have suddenly stopped appearing. I have to open the Outlook app to see new emails. Notifications do not come on the locked screen. I have restarted my phone several times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and my settings are the same as before when it worked properly – everything is enabled in both the app and the phone settings, but the problem persists. Do you have any advice on how to solve this issue?
